Happy Monday

Before I forget, my younger sister turns 32 today! Happy Birthday Lori! Also big congratulations to my writer friends Lara and Kris who both just had babies! I'd post Kris's link, but she sort of kept her pregnancy quiet, so I need to respect that! My nephew turns 18 on Wednesday. Ugh, I remember when he was such a cute little guy. Now he's all grown up and will be heading off to college soon.

I'm up early so I thought I'd clear some cobwebs before I get the kids up. This weekend is now a blur. I spent most of Saturday with B2 which usually never happens and she had a friend spend the night. Hubby and I tried to get together with friends for a few drinks, but their daughter also plays travel softball and they were on the ballfield. So, after dinner I took B1 shopping which again, usually never happens. Hubby made me suffer through the movie, Forty-year-old Virgin - definitely written by men for men. 'Nuff said.

Sunday, B4 had two baseball games and B3 went to a friend's house which again, usually never happens because she's always playing softball. So other than B4's two games on Sunday, we had a typical weekend.

I've got to get a bit more creative about finding writing time. Tonight, I need to walk the track while B2 has softball practice, but I can probably squeeze in an hour after that. I don't watch television as I removed that little pleasure a long time ago. I haven't even watched LOST since it stopped for a break back in February. I do surf the net alot though - MUST . . . STOP . . . !I've tried to get up at 5 am and write but by 3 pm the same day, I'm so wiped out that I'm useless. I think I'll give it another shot though.

I did something to my jaw. I have TMJ, but two-and-a-half-years of braces really helped. Now my jaw feels funny, like it's not put together right at the joint. I might have slept on it wrong.

Well, I better go get the kiddos up for school.
